Refund policy

This Return & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on osiruth.com by Osi Ruth Fashion ("we", "us", "our"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.


1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped, by contacting us at osiruthfashion@gmail.com, support@osiruth.com with your order number, or through your account order history if this option is enabled.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled; you may instead initiate a return once the product is delivered, in accordance with Section 2 below.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order on our end — for example, due to stock unavailability, a pricing/listing error, address-verification failure. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.


2. Return / Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following circumstances:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
  • The customer has received an incorrect item.
  • The customer requires a size exchange, subject to size availability and the product meeting the eligibility conditions in Section 3.

Return or exchange requests for reasons other than those listed above, including but not limited to change of mind, personal preference, colour variation due to screen display, or incorrect size selection by the customer (except where a size exchange is approved), may not be accepted.

All return and exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Osi Ruth Fashion. We reserve the right to reject any request that does not comply with this Policy, fails our quality inspection, or does not satisfy the eligibility conditions set out herein.


If Osi Ruth Fashion decides not to offer returns at all, and instead offer exchange only, replace this section with a clear statement such as: "All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds, but are happy to offer a one-time exchange for a different size, within [X] days of delivery, subject to Section 3." Please confirm which model applies so this page reflects it accurately.


3. Conditions for a Valid Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition, with no signs of use, washing, perfume, deodorant, body odour, stains, makeup marks, pet hair, damage, or alteration.
  • Be returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, accessories (if any), and any complimentary items received with the order.
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  • Meet the eligibility criteria specified in Section 2 and must not fall under the Non-Returnable Items listed in Section 5.

All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and quality verification upon receipt at our facility. Osi Ruth Fashion reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if the product is found to be used, washed, damaged, altered, missing original tags or packaging, or otherwise does not comply with this Policy.

If a return or exchange request is rejected following inspection, the product will be shipped back to the customer, and no refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued.


4. Refund, Exchange

Upon successful inspection and approval of a valid return, Osi Ruth Fashion will provide the following resolution based on the nature of the return request:

  • Manufacturing defects, damaged products, or incorrect items received: The customer may choose either:
    • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
    • A full refund to the original mode of payment if a replacement is unavailable.
  • Approved size exchange requests: The product will be exchanged for the requested size, subject to availability. Refunds will not be provided for size-related exchange requests.


Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product has successfully passed our quality inspection. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method and the processing timelines of the respective bank or payment service provider.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product is defective or incorrect (see Section 7):

  • Innerwear, and other hygiene-sensitive products, if applicable to your catalogue.
  • Products marked "Final Sale", "Clearance", or purchased during a clearance/end-of-season sale.
  • Customised, made-to-order, or altered products (for example, made-to-measure kurthas).
  • Gift cards.

Please confirm/adjust this list to match your actual product catalogue and any limited-edition or made-to-order lines before publishing.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@osiruth.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and photographs/video of the product and packaging.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund, at your preference, including reimbursement of any return shipping cost you incur.


8. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at support@osiruth.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason.
  • We will confirm eligibility and share instructions for return pickup (where serviceable) or self-shipping to our facility.
  • Please pack the product securely with all original tags and packaging to avoid transit damage.


9. Return Shipping Costs

For approved size exchange requests, the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer, unless Osi Ruth Fashion arranges a complimentary reverse pickup at its sole discretion.

For returns or exchanges involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (as described in Section 8), Osi Ruth Fashion will bear all applicable return shipping costs.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Return & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and will apply to orders placed after that date.
